Petition Background (Preamble):
Magnums has been supported by local patrons for the last four years. In August of 2006 Magnums responded to the requests of customers by expanding its business to include a cigar and cocktail lounge.
Now the City of Phoenix Neighborhood Services Department issued a Notice of Ordinance Violation for use permit violation.

Petition:
We, the undersigned, call on the City of Phoenix to establish the fact that we are members of Magnums or have been invited to the cigar and cocktail lounge.
We also wish to establish that we are both residents and registered voters of District #2. Please grant Magnums the variance needed to be in compliance and operate their cigar and cocktail lounge.
