Petition Background (Preamble):
Popular Radio DJ Slim was suddenly fired from KS 107.5-FM in Denver, Colorado earlier this year. The Station is now prohibiting Slim from working at a competing Station in Denver due to an inactive contract clause after letting him go.
He has the right to work in the United States and should not be bound to any prior contracts. Slim is currently on air with HOT 107.1-FM in Denver but the station was told by the management of KS-107.5 to cease and desist operations before any further legal action would occur.
Please help Slim get back on air and take a stand against KS107.5- FM.
