This is the death anniversary of Buddy Holly, Richie Valens and the Big Bopper, the founders of rock, who died in a plane crash in Clear Lake Iowa, inspiring Don McLean to write the classic American Pie.
Speaking in interpretive poetry will honour and commemorate these great souls and give you the opportunity to speak in nonsensical language for a day each year.

We, the undersigned, ask for February the 3rd to be commemorated by an international day for people to speak in interpretive poetry in memory of the founders of rock.
