The supervisors within Brockway-Smith are employed by a strong reputable company. However, the salaries that we are afforded are not consistent with what our duties entail and how our hourly subordinates are compensated.

We, the supervisors of Brockway-Smith loacated in Hatfield Massachusetts Expect and Deserve a substantial pay increase.
We have a large contigent of Hourly employees who are receiving greater financial rewards then those in charge of them.
