Too much time between trains at Downingtown during popular time periods. Trains too early.

The undersigned people of the Philadelphia region are unhappy with the current Amtrak Keystone schedule proposed for November 1.
Train times are inconvenient and at the wrong times. The new 647 train does not stop at Downingtown at 4:15 p.m. on weekdays. There is now no train from 2:00 until after 5:15 going westbound.
In addition, trains leave too early in the morning and are not equally distributed throughout the day.
