I believe that the Summerlin North Community Association Design Guidelines and Standards regarding Exterior Painting rules have not been followed in a reasonable manner as represented in the Guidelines. Guidelines state "All color changes are reviewed on a case-by-case basis for compatibility with the home and subdivision". Houses recently painted using darker and unique colors in Panorama Pointe are not compatible with the rest of the subdivision.
