Help Get Otis Back To His Rightful Owner

I got Otis the Manx cat about 5 1/2 years ago. He has lived with me and an ex i was with. He is a very skittish cat that doesn't like to be handled a lot and likes to go outdoors when he wants and come in when he wants. He is not a people person.

I spent a lot of time raising him and knowing his qualities as well as his ailments. I left the woman i was with back in 11/2011 and moved to Tucson, AZ to get a breath of fresh air. I was gone 8 months and stayed in touch with my ex about Otis. Once i told her just a couple of months ago that i was moving back and wanted to take Otis to where i was living, she said it was fine. Now that i'm back she has not answered one email or text which stated that i would like to have Otis back in my life.

She lives in a village where there are too many cats, dogs and some foxes.I was constantly monitoring his well being outside and if he was around other cats, i would make sure he came in. She(my ex) works early hours which goes to bed very early and doesn't give a crap whether the cat is in or outside. She has 2 other cat's and a Boston Terrier which also get no loving time and neglected.

Please sign my petition so Otis can live a happier life and be with his original owner that DOES CARE AND DOESN'T NEGLECT !
