The perpetrator threw a cup of hot coffee over a dog called "IZZY" and izzy bit the person because it was her only way of self defence, and IZZY was nearly destroyed because of it but is now being rehomed elsewhere; but nothing was done to the perpetrator, SO NOW LETS TAKE ACTION!
