I registered a pair of shirt, addressed to my brother, with the postal charges fully paid here in Sweden.
To my chalgrin, at the post office, the person at the counter demanded 500 naira from the recipient without otherwise threatens to return the package back to Sweden. It is a shame.

Why should NIPOST STAFF DEMAND MONEY TO CLAIM a package worth less than 12 euros! All because it comes from abroad, registered and no rat could eat them!
