As you are all aware Medic Sacramento has experienced a period of growth and reorganization of management. With this growth and changes to management there has become some notable breakdowns in communication and at times a lack of respect and cooperation from and for the management team.
We are in need of a better way to facilitate communication and the needs of both employees of Medic Ambulance Sacramento division as well as the management team.
