Petition Background (Preamble):

I am petitioning against the congestion charges in manchester, this is ridiculous as the price of petrol and diesel is already climbing and the cost of living has increased unfortunately our wages have not increased to pay for these stupid charges.

This is also ridiculous for the people whom live within the Manchester area.

Stop Congestion Charges!!

Petition:

We the Undersigned call the Manchester city council to eliminate the congestion charge in Manchester as we the residents of Manchester feel that this is a unfair and unrealistic way to stop congestion within the city.

The residents of Manchester must cross these main roads to carry out daily tasks eg: shopping, Doctors etc resulting with a congestion charge this is unfair and unjust.
