Elance should provide Fair Compensation

Petition Background (Preamble):
Elance connects supply with demand. The suppliers try to compete with each other offering projects they'd be willing to do for X amount of money. Suppliers compete with each other, and as a result of unorganized supply, the individuals providing the services do not receive fair compensation for their services.
Petition:
We, the undersigned, ask the Elance Corporation to establish a fair minimum wage for projects of $6 per page of translations, $12 per page of web developement, $4 per page of editing, and $2 per page of other projects. Currently, the Elance policy only has a minimum based on the project, if it be 1 page or 300 pages, and this is simply not fair.
