Petition Background (Preamble):
Coaching athletes at Ridgewood oval has become increasingly difficult due to dogs being off their leads.
We have had dogs pee and chew on equipment mingle around small children while they are being coached in running jumping and throwing.Some children are fearful of dogs running near them while others are ok.
There has been instances of dogs stealing sausages from BBQ's and following children into the toilets.

Petition:
Due to above issues we would like to see Ridgewood Oval become like Kingsway Sporting Complex. That dogs must be on a lead at all times.
Ridgewood oval is unique as its one of very few grounds that can be used for athletics training. We presently have numerous National athletes using Ridgewood oval.
