Petition Background (Preamble):
David Murray's continual lack of investment over recent years.
Steven Naismith wants to sign for Rangers and 1.5 Million is not a lot of money for young player of the year. Especially when Rangers are reported to be shelling out over 2 million for Lee McCulloch from Wigan. It's time this stopped and a new chairman was brought in who can take the club forward with proper investment in the playing staff.
Supporters pay a lot of money to see Rangers and I believe they are not given enough in return.
