Criminal Prosecutions of Eco-Felons Tony Hayward and his BP Houston management team

In 2003, Tony Hayward was made VP of Exploration and Production. Houston is the home for BP’s Headquarters for “Exploration and Production” in this hemisphere and that is where BP's concepts on PROFIT OVER ALL are made into actions to promote profits. BP Manager’s bonuses are based on production over safety, on profits over life.

In 2005, that motivating factor lead to the Texas City Explosion, 15 dead and 170 injured. Texas City is a BP “Production” facility. BP was charged with criminal violations of federal environmental laws, plead guilty to those charges and received record fines, twice. The second round of OSHA fines were for NOT implementing required safety regulations they agree to in their original guilty plea. In comparison to BP’s profits and Corporate wealth, these fines are parking tickets.

In April 2010, that same Felon Corporation, same management team and profit concept lead to the “Exploration” facility Deepwater Horizon Explosion that killed 11, sunk a Oil Rig to the bottom the Gulf Coast and started the largest man-made ecological disaster in the history of the United States.

This is an International Corporation of Felons running wild, killing its employees and destroying the ecological and economical environments everywhere they go. When you look Globally, you find ALL Oil Corporations are guilty of these crimes somewhere on the planet.
