Petition Background (Preamble):
In May 2003 a Target Assets Protection employee turned in his 2 week notice. He was harassed because of his religon. He became fed up with the harassment and had a verbal altercation with the Target Team Leader who harassed him. Target decided to reprimand the employee and not the Team Leader.
Before the employee's two weeks were up he was given his two weeks wages, and told to just leave. He was escorted out by another level three. That employee is not filing a discrimination claim against Target.

Petition:
We, the undersigned, call for the immediate dismissals of Level 3's Wes Beard and Tom Polomares, and the resignations of Executive's Elena Schloggins, Kim King, Simon Gellar, and District Manager Kris Johnson.
