Description/History:
I currently have a mortgage through SOUTHERN PACIFIC MORTGAGES, they are also known as CAPSTONE MORTGAGES.
They charge there customers the LIBOR EXCHANGE RATE.
This worked out between banks, who at the moment don't trust each other. Hence customers are paying vastly higher interest rates, this is crassly unfair, do you agree.

Petition:
All mortgage companies should be fair to their customers who are on the LIBOR RATE and allow them to change to the BANK OF ENGLAND RATE.
The government must insist that the banks ALL pass on the deduction in rates.
