All animals Worldwide need to be on an Endangered Species list. Only to be obtained as Wild-Caught, Free Range or animal rescue as specified by advertising on Animal Planet.
Petition:
Reasonable consumption or proper guardianship allowed. Animal populations which exceed an agreed upon number should be fed birth control with or as food. Animals which suffer should be put down.
This applies to The IUCN Red List, all countries, provinces, states and territories. And will be addressed to the presidents and congresses thereof.
