A PETITION TO MAKE MR. DARRYL YAP AND #VINCENTIMENTS CASTS, PRODUCERS, WRITERS AND DIRECTORS LIABLE AND ACCOUNTABLE

Jumping to the 8th and 9th right that a child has is that:

"Every child has the right to protection against EXPLOITATION, IMPROPER INFLUENCES, HAZARDS, AND OTHER CONDITIONS OR CIRCUMSTANCES prejudicial to his physical, mental, emotional, social, and moral development."

9th right of a child - "Every child has the right to live in a community and a society that can offer him an environment free form pernicious influences and conducive to the promotion of his health and the cultivation of his desirable traits and attributes."

Children must not just be taught of Good Manners and Right Conduct, but Biblical Values, according to how God wants them to be. Stop using children for your own gain. I would also like all of us to look into the other films mentioned in the preamble, as they be also probed for they are very alarming, and yet being laughed at because of the "banters", because of the sarcasm.

My heart goes out to people, entities being portrayed as such, rather than to be constructive, creative, rather than being sensible and instead, make people realize the bottomline and the moral lesson of the film.

Netizens have been making rounds on social media platforms regarding the insensitivity, inconsideration, derogatory/defamatory speeches from Mr. Darryl Yap of "STUDENTS RANT", "TEACHERS RANT", "PARENTS RANT" trilogy series. While it may be true when it comes to the sentiments of each one,

May I then, therefore make mention of Article II of the 1987 Constitution, as told by the 6th District Representative of Manila - the Minority Leader, Congressman Benny Abante during the hearing regarding the ABS-CBN franchise, and I quote:

If any network has to be this responsible enough to be able to maintain their morale and produce more television series for the growth and fit for the emotional, social, mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing of one, why can't filmmakers, like Mr. Darryl Yap, for one, do the same thing as stated in the constitution?

If they are of license to produce such, we call for the revocation of their license to filmography, cinematography, videography and in all forms and ways as such,

We call for the boycott of their production, the #Vicentiments, under the Editing and Cinematography and is directed by no less than Mr. Vincent L. Asis, written by Mr. Darryl Yap.

We also call the attention of the stars and co-stars of the mentioned films to also be placed on a hot seat, that they may be also held accountable and liable for anything and everything that they took part/s of, to defame, degrade, neither to bring the morale of a person, group or entity/ies down by how the film is being produced, written and done, to be of others' destruction and not to uplift as a whole, as an influentials being looked upon by the youth, the aspirants. Is this the future of Philippines' cinematography and filmography? Are they the future big stars you would admire? Hold your horses! Ignorance of the law excuses no one. This is too much of a democracy, and ignorance has taken over their team.
