Petition Background (Preamble):
Have been swindled by Student Finance England and the local Education Authority. After spending much money on a private solicitor, as Legal Aid would not touch the case, and having gone to the Financial Ombudsman, the decision is that no one is able to help - meaning they are free to swindle you of thousands of pounds.
It is unacceptable and I want to protect others as well as myself from going through this again.

Petition:
We, the undersigned, call on Parliament to get Student Finance regulated and to deal with all claims that have left students in financial debt because of the errors of Student Finance.
For the protection of past, present and future students who have had to cease their studies, this petition is for everybody who has or knows somebody that has had this happen to them or simply want to protect themselves and their loved ones from this ever being able to happen to them.
