There will be a 6.2 million dollor renovation done on Monroe Park, and during that time the park will be closed for renovations; however, te park is a vital source of home and comfort for many people in Richmond as it stands.
We recognize hat benefits that the renovation can cause; however, we implore that the Advisory Board take into consideration the massive amounts of good already being done in the park and keep parts of the park open for public.

We, the undersigned, ask that you advise the city of Richmond to leave 25% of Monroe Park open for public use during renovations.
