Petition Background (Preamble):
Rim Al Amir is 2 years old and is born with a condition that is lethal if not medicated. Her family comes from Lebanon, but Rim is born in Sweden.
The Swedish Migration Board has decided to deport her to Lebanon. This decision is in conflict with UN:s Convention on the Rights of the Child.
Lebanon's health care is good, but unfortunately Rim will have no axcess to this. Her single mother, with 2 other children, will never be able to pay the extreme costs for her specialist care. This is of course if the child survives the long transport.
