Petition Background (Preamble):
Everyone in phase two undertook training at HMS Raleigh and there we were told we were earning out Royal Navy ID cards and oou Royal Navy epellets. To arrive at HMS Collingwood and have them taken off us again it begs the question what are we working for. The new ID cards can be understood but to take away our epellets does not.
Petition:
Please sign the partition if you do not agree with the new white epellets being brought into phase 2 following the phase 2 ID cards.
