Petition Background (Preamble):
In 2005 , a series of cartoon drawings of the Prophet Muhammad were drawn and published in a Danish newspaper. Now, in 2010 it has happened again. The Swedes have also published drawing depicting the prophet.
Not only is this a ridiculous and ignorant act, it's disrespectful to Muslims worldwide. I understand freedom of speech, but drawing a picture of the Prophet with a dog's body is just disgusting.

Petition:
The reason they continue to do these things, is because they feel it's okay. They know that eventually they'll get away with it. They will continue to publish these pictures, until we stand up for ourselves and our beliefs.
