Petition Background (Preamble):
I live in Missouri and once again am faced with another parole hearing to be held September 2009 for the person that murdered my father.
On September 14, 1998 Wyman Dale Brown stabbed over and over and over and cut the throat of Harry Lloyd West in Friendship Missouri. After murdering Mr. West he tried to get someone to help throw his body of in a river.
The sheriff report states that Wyman Brown had admitted that Mr. West was going to get beat. Harry Lloyd West was 52. He was a husband, a father, a son, a brother, an uncle, and a friend. Those of us who loved him are forever left with a void that nothing can ever fill.

We, the undersigned, believe that Wyman Dale Brown should remain in prison as it would be a grave injustice to the family as well as society if he were given parole.
