Southtown Dodge Dealership Inc., is wanting to tear down a residential home and make a turn-a-round on a residential street... The said property is on Cordes Drive off South Lindbergh Blvd in St. Louis County....Lindbergh is a very busy street and we already get people turning around in residents driveways.
We think a Turn-A-Round in our subdivision would lower our property values and be a real nuisance to the neighborhood.

We, the undersigned, call upon the St. Louis County to bar Southtown Dodge Inc., from buying and tearing down the residential property at 3945 Cordes Drive and building a Turn-A-Round for autos that come down South Lindbergh to get to their business at 7125 South Lindbergh.
People cannot get a left turn off South Lindbergh to get to their dealership....that is why they want to come into our subdivision to build this Turn-A-Round.
