Texas Tech University has sued Red Raider Outfitter for $3 million claiming that Red Raider Outfitter has infringed on trademarks.
It is proven that Texas Tech University did not own these trademarks and the actua amount of goods in question is less than 1% of all products Red Raider Outfitter sells. Damages should have not been over $6,000 EVEN IF Red Raider Outfitter is at fault.
